- Cash winnings will need to be coordinated (mailed or picked up locally) before March 1, 2025 or will be forfeited to the Blue Ridge Kiwanis Foundation

Enjoy the game!
- 2,500 tickets will be sold and printed, each with 4 entries, numbered 0000 through 9999.
- Players will be assigned numbers randomly; players will not be able to pick a number.
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- Tickets are $50 each and enter you into the drawing for each of the drawings. You keep the same numbers and you are eligible to win any time your ticket is drawn. The prizes are drawn in the order shown on this website.
- Raffle ticket purchases are not tax deductible.
- Prizes are non-transferable. There will be no prize substitutions.
- NEW THIS YEAR – Drawing will begin January 1st, 2025, New Year’s Day.
- The Evening Georgia Cash 4 (7PM drawing) numbers will be used to select the winners. There are only 10,000 possible outcomes and it is an independent tamper-proof selection process that guarantees one and only one winner per day. CLICK HERE to check your numbers. Numbers must match the order of the Evening Georgia Cash 4 (7PM drawing) numbers.
- If any ticket is not sold and that number is drawn, the prize shall become the property of the Blue Ridge Kiwanis Foundation, with the exception of the January 31st Prize. If the January 31st Prize does not match a purchased ticket, the Kiwanis Club will extend the raffle nightly into February until a winner has been drawn, using the same Georgia Lottery Evening Cash 4 numbers from the 7 PM Drawing Only.
- All guns will be new, purchased, stored and picked up at Blue Ridge Pawn Shop, 3670 East First Street, Blue Ridge, GA, 30513 Their phone number is (706) 632-5660.
- Winners will have until March 15, 2025 to claim their prize and will be contacted 3 times using the information supplied; unclaimed prizes will become the property of the Blue Ridge Kiwanis Foundation. Ticket purchasers are responsible to notify the Blue Ridge Kiwanis Foundation of any change of address, phone number or email.
- Only the person named on the ticket can claim the prize and only one name per ticket.
- Must be 21 years of age to purchase a ticket.
- State and Federal laws apply. Raffle is void where prohibited.
- Winner assumes all responsibility for usage of the firearms.
- If a winner is ineligible to receive a prize under relevant state, federal or local laws and regulations, or does not want the prize, it will be forfeited and no substitutions will be provided.
- Any taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
- Winner must sign a W-9 when the prize is picked up.
- Members of the Blue Ridge Kiwanis Club, and anyone else that is interested and meets the age and legal requirements to own a firearm or enter a raffle, may purchase tickets.
- Drawing dates and winners will be posted on the Blue Ridge Kiwanis Club Facebook page each evening.
- Blue Ridge Kiwanis Foundation makes no warranties regarding any firearms and no representations regarding suitability of purpose for any firearm.
- Blue Ridge Kiwanis Foundation is released from any and all associated liability associated with the raffle, outside of the cost for ticket purchases.
- Any shipping charges that may be incurred will be the responsibility of the winner.
- If you are transferring your winning prize to a licensed gun store closer to you for convenience, please contact Blue Ridge Pawn Shop @ 706-632-5660 for information on the process and to determine your store’s eligibility.
- Need not be present to win.
- Firearm may be different than the one represented in our advertising. We’ve made our best effort to show the exact firearm, but occasionally the marketing material available to us is incorrect.
- There is a $1.50 convenience fee for any tickets purchased online and/or via credit card.
- Unsold tickets become the property of Blue Ridge Kiwanis Foundation, Inc.
- The Blue Ridge Kiwanis Foundation reserves the right to go to a back-up system and use whatever measures to complete this drawing and give away every prize.
- Blue Ridge Kiwanis Foundation is not responsible for misprints on the tickets, flyers, website or Social Media.
- In the unforeseen event a prize cannot be obtained, cash of equal value of the dealer’s quoted price will be issued for that prize.
- In the unforeseen event that two ticket numbers are identical, the first entrant entered will supersede the duplicate. In that case, we would issue another ticket to the second entrant, or refund their money

About the Blue Ridge Kiwanis Club
Our club's mission is simple - to support the youth of Fannin County. We accomplish this through several major fundraisers throughout the year (this being one of them!) and through many projects that provide direct outreach. We do our best to fill in the gaps.
